Summary : Waiting tables, sweeping floors, reading minds and solving mysteries for the undead. It's all in a day's work for Sookie... Then Sookie is attacked - and poisoned - late one night by some weird and apparently mythical beast. My Opinion : This sequel of the entertaining series named Sookie Stackhouse, also known as Southern Vampire series, was as great as the first book.
The writing was dramatic, fun and fast-paced; keeping the reader seeking for more of this amazing series.
Even though Bill and Sookie fought a bit, it kept the book dramatic; and who doesn't love a little bit of good ol' drama?
I have to say, this author got me hooked on the series!
I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
