My Opinion :

In Personal Demons, we met the wonderful trio; Gabe, an angel, Luc, a demon, and Frannie, a really special human. She's special enough for Lucifer (you know, that bad guy that lives in Hell) to actually send demons after her.

In Original Sin, we still see the trio, but Gabe is less present, which didn't really make me unhappy, because I'm Team Luc.

And now, in the final book of this amazing trilogy, called Last Rite, many secrets are finally unraveled, and Frannie finally discovers what she really is. And everything inally becomes better - or worse, depending if you are for the bad guy.

I can't really do a full review on my deep love for this book without revealing any spoily spoilers for people who haven't read any of the trilogy (about that.... why haven't they? I have to admit, PD was slow, but the other two books are AMAZING! Go get them. Now (well, after my review))

As I said, Last Rite was great. I loved it so much, guys. I loved Original Sin, but Last Rite was even BETTER than that!

Frannie is finally NOT annoying! (*happy sigh*) I think that's one of the things that didn't make me enjoy the previous books as much as I loved Last Rite.

In Last Rite, there is so much action; you don't see the time flying and you can't keep yourself from turning another page, then another, then by the time you know it, you have finished the book. Which sucks, because it was too awesome.

READ THIS SERIES.

PLEASE.

Author Bio :
Lisa DesrochersLisa Desrochers lives in central California with her husband and two very busy daughters. It was her oldest daughter’s love of books that first inspired her to write for young adults. There is never a time that she can be found without a book in her hand, and she adores stories that take her to new places, and then take her by surprise.

Growing up all over the country has inspired wanderlust and she loves travel, which works out well because she lectures internationally on a variety of health care topics. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and maintains a full-time practice in California.

Her YA debut, PERSONAL DEMONS (Tor Teen/Macmillan) is in bookstores everywhere and the sequel,ORIGINAL SIN, releases July 5, 2011. It's the second in the Personal Demons trilogy.

Goodreads book ratings: I only rate books I'd recommend.
Six stars: I add a star sometimes. It means I want to have this author's babies.
Five stars: I totally loved the book.
Four stars: I thoroughly enjoyed the read.
